Strong understanding of SEI CMMI requirements and CMMI audit certification a plus. AS9100 quality system experience required. Candidate must have strong working knowledge of both software and hardware development processes and implementation experience as outlined in SEI CMMI and AS9100 requirements. Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma methods desired. New product development experience highly desirable.

Job Requirements

BS in Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Good written and oral presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Extreme focus on Customer / Client Satisfaction.
Understand the role of the QA within the SDLC.
Ability to analyze test results and effectively communicates results.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Exhibit continuous improvement behavior.
