Topic

Quantifying Quality Requirements using Planguage©: A notation to quantify How Good Should it Be?
J. David Blaine

Planguage©: Project success can depended on many factors. Among the most important of these are the system performance (aka “quality”) requirements whose purpose is to define “how well” the system peforms its functions. Until Gilb’s Planguage© method, organizations utilized an array of subjective and qualitative approaches. Planguage offers a defined process for quantifying, on numerical scales, desired levels of quality for system functions.
