Robin Hammers, Process Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems

This workshop focuses on combining structured problem solving tools into a three page Excel workbook. This tool provides the infrastructure to support efficient and effective measurement and analysis. It simplifies the process while meeting all the requirements of the CMMI model. You will walk away with a tool kit that you can immediately begin using.

About Our Speaker

Robin Hammers has over twenty-five years of experience in Process and Quality Engineering. She has developed, institutionalized and trained cross-functional teams on Business Process Improvement in the semiconductor and aeronautical industries. She is a recognized visionary with a high ability to influence and effect change and is a recognized subject matter expert in CMMI integration and Team facilitation.

Ms. Hammers has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Cal State Fullerton. Today she provides the leadership for the Business Process Improvement Team for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems in Poway, CA.
