Den’s talk is divided into three sections:

  1. Embedded Scrum - how quality can be planned and delivered by teams
  2. Regulated Folksonomies - how quality can be supported by a collaborative community
  3. The Metaphysics of Quality - how quality can be created, one person at a time

About Our Speaker

Den Ducoff is Director, Med Core Technologies and Software Excellence at Cardinal Health. He has functional responsibility for a family of key products that generate revenues in excess of $800 million (Med Station, Anesthesia Station, PARx, CIISafe, and Connect). He is also a Director for the Software Excellence Team, responsible for cultivating agile and lean software development practices within the Clinical and Medical Products (CMP) organization.

Den is a certified Scrum Master and is has extensive experience with various agile development and test techniques including paired programming, continuous integration, test-driven development, just-in-time design and storyboarding.
